To ensure the safety of our customers we CANNOT accept opened, unwrapped, worn or tampered with in any way products. No RETURNS or EXCHANGES are offered at the moment. If an error is made on our behalf we will pay for the return shipping and immediately get the initial desired product out free of charge  .
